How to cancel Disney+
Cancel Disney+ at www.disneyplus.com/account/subscription. Sign in, then work through to the final confirmation screen.
Step by step
- Sign in at disneyplus.com and open Account
- Under Subscription choose your plan, then 'Cancel Subscription'
- Pick a reason and confirm
What they don't tell you
- Bundles (Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+) must be cancelled as a bundle - cancelling one component does not stop the charge.
- If billed via a mobile carrier or Amazon, Disney cannot cancel it; go to that provider.
If you subscribed through Apple
Disney+ cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Disney+ and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
