- Open the cancellation pageGo to netflix.com/cancelplan and sign in to the account you want to cancel.
- Choose Finish CancellationNetflix may show plan alternatives first. Continue to the final cancellation action.
- Save the confirmationYour plan runs until the end of the current billing period.
Cancel through Apple Subscriptions
- Open SettingsOn your iPhone, tap your name at the top of Settings.
- Open SubscriptionsChoose Netflix from the list of active subscriptions.
- Cancel and confirmSave Apple's confirmation and note the final service date.
Finish state
Do not leave without proof.
A cancelled plan normally stays usable until the end of its billing period. The confirmation is how you know another renewal should not happen.
